Corgi Links and Info

The President of 4 Paws Society is a big fan of Corgis so we often have Corgis for adoption at 4 Paws Society. We work with National Corgi Rescue and we rescue Corgis from all over the state of Louisiana. This segment introduces you to Corgis we have needing homes.

As most Corgi owners will tell you, these Corgis have a way of wiggling into your heart and getting you to devote lots of time to spoiling them and playing with them. Corgis are so beautiful and low to the ground and they have the cutest Bunny Bottoms.

Although Corgis were originally bred to drive or herd cattle now they are more of an entertaining companion for numerous families in the USA and elsewhere. Corgis are enthusiastic, hardy, highly intelligent, obedient, protective, active and independent dogs. They are fabulous family members and devoted companions.

We are especially proud of the Pembroke Corgis that we have rescued in Louisiana...they have all been fantastic Corgis who went to loving homes. We will rescue Cardigans as well but thus far have only had Pembrokes in rescue.

In 2009, as of  October, we have rescued over 25 Corgis and adopted out 25 Corgis

Corgis we currently have available for adoption at 4 Paws Society are listed below.  You can contact us at fourpawssociety@aol.com or call 337-661-9132 to inquire about any of our available Corgis.
